Serbia's Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin has commented yesterday's telephone conversation between incumbent Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic. The seal at a proposal for Serbian media has said the conversation between them has been closely followed by drug cartels, who, according to him, suffer serious economic losses due to closed borders.
Among the topics of telephone conversation between Kurt and Djukanovic was the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. Kurti has in this case declared that it is for a well prepared, principled dialogue and not for a quick solution, under the leadership of the EU and US, which cannot replace or exclude each other.
For his part, Djukanovic stressed that the process of dialogue with Serbia is one of the key factors for regional stability and its EU integration. He agreed that there is no replacement for the EU and the US in the region and assured incumbent Prime Minister Kurti that Montenegro will always be a sincere neighbour and will co-operate closely with the state of Kosovo.
