Through a Facebook text, Sa God has said its task is only the final interpretation of the Constitution of Kosovo, putting pressure on what the Constitutional Court should write.
Saqu says the Constitutional Court does not exercise legislative powers for amendment of the Constitution in terms of creating deadlines for the government's election.
The Constitutional Court has legal terms to issue justice, but there is no constitutional basis to create deadlines for creating the new government because that deadline does not exist, is not written as the constitutional norm. What is not written should be created through the legislative body, and then interpreted. The Constitutional Court has the unique opportunity to prove its high authority to citizens and international opinion. They should only be in defense of constitutional order”, he has said.
