President's adviser: The young man from Gjilan died in state hands like Astrit Dehari he seeks responsibility from ministers in office

Adil Behramaj, the president's adviser, says the young man from Gjilan died tragicly in the hands of the state and says that for this, the minister of health and home affairs should be responsible, though they are only on duty.

He writes:

For the tragic case of Astrit Dehar at the Prizren Pre-prison Centre, four officials, including the Prison Director, had been suspended. The Vetevendosje movement then every day demanded the resignation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Justice.

The young man from Gjilan died tragicly in the hands of the state and cared for him was also the direct responsibility of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
