New Peugeot 308 arrives next year

The current 308 model has been in production since 2013, so this model is expected to soon have a successor, Kosovo Press broadcasts.

Although the European car was named in 2014, the title's fame has already waned, so despite the reconstruction of 2017, the car seems slightly outdated today. Especially if it is considered that, meanwhile, the entire range of Peugeot vehicles has been renovated and given a new visual identity.

As Caradisic discovered, the successor of 308 is mainly in preparation and will be introduced in the fall of 2021, while the caravan version will debut in early 2022. Both vehicles will have a fresh design modeled on models 208, 2008 or 508.

The launching of the new Peugeot 308 will be a major challenge for the French company, as this model belongs to one of the most competitive segments of European cars ʹ the class of compact hacker vehicles.

In this category is the undisputed VW Golf, the last generation, of which has just been introduced, and there is still a relatively fresh one in the market, Ford Focus, and several other serious rivals, such as Renault Megan and Opel Astra, without forgetting the new rivals Toyota Corolla, Kia Ceed and Hyundai i30.

New 308 will use an updated version of mechanical P platform SA MP2, which will allow them to power gas and oil engines, as well as a hybrid and plow promotional system. It is also promising a sports version of more than 300 “kuaj”, which will oppose new Golf warned about this summer.
