This outgoing government and the Minister of Finance, except that they didn't create any real strategies to help private businesses from Pandemia, they're continuing to shamelessly deceive the country's citizens. The outgoing minister's statement that unemployment in Kosovo has marked a 6.6% drop in a month is political and highly non- professional.
To argue that this statement is non-professional, I'm quoting some data from the recent investigation of responsible institutions which expose Minister Bislimi's statement:
Based on the Kosovo Statistics Agency's report on Kosovo's first quarter economic companies for the first quarter (TM1) 2020, it clearly notes that the number of business registrations in (TM1) 2020 compared to (TM4) 2019 has marked a drop of (-9.94%).
Kosovo's Economic Odays have conducted a joint research into the influence of Covid-19 in the private sector in Kosovo, data from this research shows that:
About 95% of the surveyed companies estimate the COVID-19 crisis as negative, out of which more than half of them regard it as very negative. More than 92% of businesses have claimed to have experienced sales reductions as a result of restrictive measures, of which around 48% have reported declines more than 75%, while a quarter of respondents have reported reductions in sales to the rate of more than 90%.
39% of companies are completely closed.

Over 60% of the companies surveyed believe that pandemic COVID19 endangers their survival
