France does not go back to the decision to interrupt professional football championships because of the pandemic, but the ball cannot prevent it from spinning, amateurally and illegally, in some of the games that are now creating controversy. On Sunday in Strasbourg about 400 people among the players and the public have won a match between two rival neighbourhoods at the Paco-Mateo Stadium.
Le Parisien goes even deeper to the issue, showing that other illegal matches are fought regularly in these days and that some of them also participate in youth sector players of Ligue 1 and League 2.
A Marseille player was shot playing at one of these matches, while an Academy of Psg player stated: “professionists can resume in August or September, we may have to wait until October: I'm at a key point in my career and I can't stay banned for more than two months”
