After a fantastic experience years ago with Sampdorian, Mustaf is close to returning to the Italian championship.
Milan is the team that has expressed interest in his transfer, and now Rossoners have made an official offer.
According to Italian media Milan has offered 10m euros to Arsenal for Mustafi's transfer.
It remains to be seen whether this offer of red dots will be sufficient to persuade Arsenal to let Mustaf go free.
Even Rome is monitoring the Albanian situation, however, as the Gialoros want to reinforce the defensive department.
