The list of the world's 50 most overrated athletes is published. First place is a surprise.

To decide whether an athlete is “overrated” or “underestimated” could trigger a lot of debate among sports fans because, well, the answer is dependent on perception, the Periscope transmits.

Being overrated does not necessarily mean that you're not talented, more so is your name and reputation as an athlete, which encourages fans to talk more than they should or less about you.

Recently, the website “thetoptens.com” has published a list of the 50 most overrated athletes according to fans.

On this list, right, surprise names are involved, until some who deserve to be included are also left out.
