Lazio has announced that Claudio Lotto will sue Gazzetta dello Sport for slander.
The daily today revealed a story about how Lotto is facing a disciplinary act, as it appeared to imply some kind of irregularities during Juventu's 2-0 victory against Inter before the coronobrus deadlock.
The newspaper continued to show how his comments were last in a long series of controversial incidents involving Lazio's boss.
“Dr. Claudei Lotto has read the article published in Gazzetta dello Sport today, authorized by Sebastiano Vernazza, aiming to slander and discredit his character”, is written in the club's response, conveys the news.net.
“The freedom of information does not allow it to violate a person's right to their image. When used as a tool to mock or hurt someone, it must be punished”.
So Lotio has instructed his lawyers to respond to all courts of law (civil and criminal) to obtain the protection that the Constitution guarantees his character”.
