Kurti: Threat by Albanian Volunteer Guard is real, put on constitutional pressure

Kosovo's acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, claims his threat by the Albanian Volunteer Guard made public the previous day is real, unlike what President Hashim Thaci claims that he named a slander fabricated by VV offices. He has told OraNews that he is not afraid of any kind of threat, by [...]
He has told OraNews that he is not afraid of any kind of threat, adding that that letter was more pressure on the Constitution that on May 29th would decide on the president's decree on the mandate's name.
The president said that I have written the threat to myself, if there are such facts, should urgently be interviewed by the prosecution. But it's not being done. There is still no state deliverance from these oppressors, only new governments, and not new institutions. And the government knocked him down. There's been a threat to me, a death threat to me and my family, made public, attended and listed with this job. Those who know me know that threats don't work with me. I'm not a person who stands back or threatened. There is only one explanation, practically with the Constitutional Court, that they are by chance dismissing the president, respectively, the presidential decree that is clearly incompatible with the Constitution. There is a pressure in the current political context for decision-making of the Constitutional Court, which will publish its” act this week, Kurti has said.
As far as recent accusations from the president have been made by the prime minister's office, Albin Kurti says Thaci should resign and enter the election race because he cannot make opposition from the president's armchair.
I can't comment on a president who's been brought into disarray with his mandate and competencies. It's not representing the unity of the people, it's acting like one of the opposition leaders. It's good to resign, release that seat where he's not feeling comfortable and come to the election race in the next election. A panicked president, frustrated to try to make the opposition on the president's armchair. The sooner we have a new president, as we have a new government, the better it will be for our Republic. I hope that the Constitutional Court considers the presidential decree as a clear tendency to match the parliamentary administration of the Constitution. The constitution can change and write Kosovo's parliament, but by no means its president”, Kurti has indicated.
