The Health Ministry has said it will address the needs of Albanians in the Presevo Valley and come to their aid in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since the Federation of Kosovo Health Unions has applied to be allowed to monitor the situation in the Presevo Valley on this requirement, the chairman of this Federation, Blerim Syla, has said they have not yet received answers.
In terms of this demand, Telegrafi has asked the Government of Kosovo, and the answers received are said to be in constant contact with municipal representatives there.
The Kosovo government has kept in touch with local representatives and municipal authorities in the Presevo Valley since the beginning of the Codavi 19 pandemic. These contacts with the municipal authorities in the Valley are ongoing, and the Government and MSh are also in co-ordination with the Kosovo Liaison Office in Belgrade, will address the needs of the Albanians in the Presevo Valley to help them cope with the easier approach of the wording of the word "visited-19”, says the health ministry's response.
Kosovo's medical initiative has also welcomed the mayor of the Bujanovac municipality, Shaip Kamberi.
He has said they have applied to the Ministry of Health in the Serbian government to employ new staff, but that such a request has so far not been approved.
