Kosovo-Albania border opening erupts, laughing after Rama's response

Prime Minister Edi Rama has expressed readiness for co-ordination with Kosovo for possible gradual opening of the border between the two countries, but earlier said he expects to have co-ordination of political factors in Kosovo so that even official Tirana knows who to talk to in Pristina. Currently Albin Kurti is acting prime minister of Kosovo, while President Thaci has mandated Abdullah Hotin of the LDK for the establishment of the new government.
Blendi Fevziu: Thaci, is Kosovo, although there is also a government issue, ready to start opening the border with Albania and to be a potential for us, at least, but for Kosovo, Albanians for tourism.
HAss Thaci: I think that in this matter there should be a close co-ordination between the two governments, to be planned, careful steps, but, of course, gradually to work towards opening the border and moving people in line with the created circumstances.
Edi Rama: I didn't hear the president.
Blendi Fevziu: The president is for coordination and resolution as simple as possible.
Hashim Thaci: For gradual opening.
Edi Rama: Yeah, well, of course, we're ready, but we're waiting to coordinate in Kosovo all of us to know who we're going to talk to there as we open it up or open it up.
