KMDLNJ: Agon Musliu's tragic death case must be investigated to the end

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has demanded that the case of the tragic death of Agon Musliu from Gjilan at the Students Centre in Pristina be investigated to the end and the responsibility be addressed to those who have not taken the necessary actions to protect the life of the deceased. [...]
In this case, there has been a lack of sensitivity to those who have been responsible for quarantine, as there has been no chance for anyone to resign, as a moral act, until the end of the investigation, but that everyone is out of responsibility, KDLNJ says in a media communiqué.
KMDLNJ also wants the investigation of all cases when the criteria defined for quarantine have been allegedly violated.
“The Ministry of Health or the Government of Kosovo must compensate all students who have lost things during the time of quarantine”, KMDLNJ notes.
KMDLNJ estimates that concerns and allegations of lack of transparency for tender division should be investigated, so that doubts can be avoided, whether they are baseless or brought to account, if there is evidence that responsibility is borne out.
Moreover, KMDLNJ estimates that austerity measures and restrictions on freedom of movement have been in great disarray with possible risk, and in this context requires Kosovo authorities to free citizens from timely convictions, as in the absence of the Law to justify these sentences, they pose human rights violations.
KMDLNJ also requires that all downloads not only in Borde, as well as appointments and employment at the time of pandemic be investigated one by one for the fact that there are suspicions that campaign, influenced and politically motivated, etc.
Small- and medium-sized businesses are in serious condition, and if the state does not intervene, many businesses will go bankrupt and the number of unemployed will rise significantly, KMDLNJ points out.
Pandemia has also produced a political crisis when, according to KMDLNJ, without convincing reason, the motion for the collapse of Kurti Government has been voted, and now this situation is reflected in all areas until the Constitutional Court's decision.
The KMDLNJ requires that any ruling the Constitutional Court makes should be backed by all sides and must be taken in accordance with that decision. Any request for rejection or rejection of this decision is unconstitutional and would produce more serious consequences for the subject or subjects who would oppose the Constitutional decision.
