(6 years ago)Health Ministry Secretary at a joint conference with Minister Arben Vitita has denied allegations of a witness that the 26-year-old man who was dropped from the fourth floor of quarantine had had documents proving the deceased's disease. “He didn't have any documents that could prove any of his diseases,” [...]
“He didn't have any documents that could prove any of his diseases,” declared Secretary Naim Bardiqi, following Periscopi.
He also said that “did not notice any irregularities” in the way the deceased was quarantined since he did not provide documents proving he did not suffer from chronic illness.
The deputy minister has declared that the guidelines of the National Institute of Public Health have been amended.
