Germans like Russians in Kosovo- Serbia

From Berlin they have reminded official Moscow that the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia is the responsibility of the European Union. So said Gazeta Express an official source at Germany's Ministry of Foreign Affairs questioned about Russia's readiness to engage in the Pristina-Belgrade dialogue if such a thing is [...]
Russia's Ambassador to Belgrade, Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko, has said Moscow is willing to engage in dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia if such a thing is required by Serbia. A similar Moscow stand has been spoken of by the Trump's executive office, which has said that “anyone who can contribute to ideas that help stability, peace and the future of Kosovo and Serbia is welcome”.
However, Germany as one of the most powerful member states, recalls that normalising dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia is the responsibility of the European Union.
One such thing exclusively for Gazette Express has said an official source within Germany's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“Dialog for normalisation between Kosovo and Serbia is regulated under the auspices of the European Union, this official source of Germany's Foreign Ministry has said.
Donald Trump's spokesman for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue has spoken of such an official Moscow readiness.
Dick Custin of Richard Green's office has said that “anyone who can contribute to ideas that help stability, peace and the future of Kosovo and Serbia is welcome”.
Such a demand and desire of Russia for involvement in dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia is imminent. The Russian ambassador to Belgrade has repeated it several times. A few days ago he even said the final word for Kosovo- Serbia should say the Security Council.
In Kosovo, however, Russia's involvement in dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade is strongly opposed. Former prime minister Edita Tahiri, long ago for Express, had declared that in no way should he allow Moscow to become part of the dialogue, as in her opinion such a thing would only block negotiations.
“Russia should not be part of the Brussels Dialogue because it would be an obstacle to reaching the peaceful neighbourly agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, as it was at the international Conference of Rambouillet and status talks in Vienna”, Tahiri had said when he spoke about the issue of Russia's involvement in the Pristina-Belgrade negotiations process.
