German Embassy in Kosovo is working with essential staff, no exact date for restarting

The Health Ministry says the activities of troops and international organisations are allowed to operate in the second phase of measures to facilitate circulation by protecting staff health. But foreign countries' embassies in Kosovo have not yet opened with full capacity for services with visa equipment to citizens. [...]
The Express newspaper has contacted the main embassies in the country at the end of April for questioning about the resumption of work, but the USAA, Switzerland embassy representing France, Austria and the states of Benelux and Germany have indicated that this will be known at the start of the measures after May 4th.
The second phase of measures by the Health Ministry began on May 18th, but embassies of foreign states in Kosovo have not yet begun with their services.
The German Embassy in Kosovo, which is once also the embassy with mostly requests from Kosovars who want to be equipped with visas, is still working with essential staff and has not been opened for its services.
In an answer to Express. Germany's embassy in Pristina says there is still a specific date for restarting work with full capacity.
The “since this depends on the related measures of the corona virus, which have been undertaken in Kosovo, even in Germany, still does not have a specific date. All relevant information will be published over time on the German Embassy website as well as through channels of our social networks”, the German Embassy in Pristina said in response Wednesday.
Meanwhile, from the Ministry of Health, they told Gazeta Express that troops and organisations are allowed to operate at this stage, not specifying whether they have the right to start work and also to review visa requirements.
“The activities of troops and international organisations are allowed to operate in this phase. All public and private institutions and organisations are guided according to the recommendations of the KASHPKA and IKHCH The focus is wearing masks, keeping physical distance within the working spaces and the hygiene of the hands”, states the response of the MSH.
Germany from last week has begun gradual opening of borders with neighbouring states, where controls will not be systematic but only casual.
Stoppages for unreasoned travel from third countries, including the Western Balkans, last until 15 June.
Meanwhile, Pristina International Airport has warned the first flights from Kosovo to Italy to Switzerland and Germany from tomorrow.
