Eset Berisha, former Kosovo Civil Aviation Secretary, who signed the airline agreement between Pristina and Belgrade in January of this year in Berlin, has indicted the government for firing them.
Berisha, through a Facebook post, has made it known that his dismissal has been rejected by a 40 paragraph indictment, where with fact and evidence and evidence to the competent court, he has reportedly been dismissed illegally.
He says the truth will be revealed for all false statements, trial manipulation and misuse of official duty, and all those who carried out these works will face the law.

write as you call the night's decision with legal counsel on the device!! and by “Hakki Abbas ' ” written on 14 pages, false statements, unilateral conspiracies, evidence manipulation, I rejected it with a day indictment in 40 paragraphs, facts, evidence and evidence with competent judges.

We are all the same before the law, no one has the immunity to violate rights protected by the Constitutions and laws, because our good Penal Code protects us from them.
Now for the legality of Hakki Abbas' decision, the word is civil court.
