Teich had criticised a decree issued by President Jair Bolsonaro to allow the reopening of gyms and beauty salons.
His predecessor was also fired because of disagreements with Bolsonaro.
Bolsonaro continues to object to the isolation measures due to the Coronavirus.
Brazil has over 200,000 people infected with coronary and over 14,000 victims.
