Arian Ahmen returns to work at NFK: Invites the matter through the Labour Inspectorate

He was fired from work, but he felt unjustly.

However, the Labour Inspectorate returns it to the NFF, former legal officials and deputy secretary of the Kosovo Football Federation, Arian Ahmeti, who had stepped down on allegations of violations of the statute.

The IP estimates that facts such as violating the provisions of Article, 70 and 71 of Law No. 03L-212 of labour, the wrong application of material and procedural rights (internal FFK) -- the vague consisting of violations made by the complainers, and the lack of legal-based reasoning of alleged violations, as well as the uncertainty of norms applied in the above-mentioned decisions -- are the reasons why the cited decisions make them illegal.

According to the Inspectorate's decision, the NFF first had to warn Arian Ahmeti, pronounce some measure and hear his complaint, then make a decision to leave. None of the rules have been respected NFFC, according to the Inspectorate, by committing violations, writes Sports on KTV.

Ahmeti had contract at the NFF as a legal and deputy secretary official until December 31st, 2021.

Remember, the relationship between FFK leaders and Arian Ahmeti collapsed at the first moment when the latter had declared the candidacy for president of the Kosovo Football Federation while holding the post at the FFK, for which he had nothing to do with the current chairman, Agim Ademi, but the Labour Inspectorate, has named it regular by not committing any violations since it is not defined anywhere in the Federation statute, as his resignation is not determined before running for the mayor, which he had rendered an excuse to Secretary-Roch Salih.
