Arben Vitit Ministry warns legal measures against Time Kadriyajt

The ministry in question didn't mention whether the person who was checked is VV's, calling Kadriyaj's action inhumanity.

The Health Ministry reacts strongly to publications of decisions that reveal the state of health and identity of persons who are controlled under the health protocol, defined by the National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo.

The Health Ministry announces public opinion that all specific decisions signed by Minister Arben Vitita have been recommended by health professionals, various fields who have prepared the health mirror for each person who has entered the territory of the Republic of Kosovo following the introduction of measures to protect public health and recommendations to the National Institute of Public Health.

These professional teams are field experts and independent in their work. It is dishonest and low assault on health professionals, who at this time are in charge of duty and shoulder heavy responsibility for maintaining the health of our citizens. Above all, publishing these data represents serious privacy violations, as well as punishable laws in power. It's a scandalous act and, above all, not human.

The Ministry of Health, along with health staff, remains committed to protecting public health, even in protecting the privacy of our citizens from stigmatization, as is determined by law in force.

At the same time, we announce public opinion that the Ministry of Health, as an institution, will take any action in accordance with the law on persons who have seriously violated the privacy of citizens who are controlled by health professionals.

The privacy of the state of health is the right legally guaranteed for every citizen in the Republic of Kosovo. So we urge you to take action with the legal provisions in force.
