Albulen Haxhiu sues Milaim Zekin

Haxhiu through the indictment sent to the Constitutional Court, claims Zeka has slandered and thus damaged her and incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti's reputation. This statement is clearly known to be incorrect, and the indictee Milaim Zeka himself is aware of it, but has done so with the aim of hurting and breaching the image of the indictment side”, said in the indictment among other things.
Haxhiu has sought compensation in cash, and according to her assessment, the competent Court who handles the case should make it. The prosecution's “assessments that because of experiencing spiritual pain, denigration of personality and violation of authority, based on Article 182 pars. 1 of the Law No. 04/L-077 for Obligation Relations, compensation of non- material damage to be made in cash in specific value based on the assessment of competent court”, is indicated in indictments among others.
