Deputy Prosecutor General Walter Giovanni in his indictment requested confirmation of the first degree sentence referring to the “special service for his wife, who had more than once shown children fear that they might be killed“
The Albanian couple, parents of two children, had had had problems before.
At the time of the incident, one of the children was at home calling the police.
