40 Kosovar athletes launched the International Center for Mental Slate

Organised by the Kosovo Olympic Committee, 40 elite athletes, including Olympic stock exchangers of the KOK, KOK Olympic Hopes and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, as well as some of the athletes classified for 2020, have begun to follow up on the International Market for Economics (Flexibility) Mentalia.
The seminar is being led by Grazilla Thake, founder of Australia's HUB Optimization Organisation and its associates, trainers with international legislation. It today legalized the theme: “Create Our chemistry through change, adaptation and crisis”, under the title “Mental health is a muscle we need to exercise”.
Among elite athletes, the following of the seminar was the Olympic champion in Judo, Majlinda Kelmendi.
The editors of the seminar welcomed KOK President Besim Hasani, who conveyed the importance of having such a seminar, the first organised for elite athletes.
The purpose of this seminar is for athletes to receive information needed for mental skills, following the passage of the David-19 pandemic, the cause of which for more than two months all sporting activities have been halted.
The seminar, launched today, will last four weeks, while training will be held by tomorrow ( Friday) at 8: 00 a.m. and 0900 (second group).
First group makes up: Majlinda Kelmendi, Nora Gjakova, Distria Krasniqi, Loriana Kuka, Akil Gjakova (Jugdo), Egzon and Edon Shala (Wrest), Albin Tahiri, Arbit Pupovci, Fiona Rrusta (skitari), Donjet Sadiku (bodik), Heroid Nishevci, Elhami Shabani Shabani, Tetesa Sharna (karate), Musa Hajdari, Astri, Kryttuziu Kryni, Dasar Jamaica, Dadar Shabni Shabni Shabni (andit Lunica), and Drzhtari Ibrahima (Gajna).
