20 euros in masks, 40 euros alcohol: Health ministry blames someone else for higher prices

In a request the Express has secured, dated March 10th, MSH Secretary General Naim Bardiqi has asked Riza Shillova, director of the Kosovo Police Investigation Department and Valon Presreshi chairman of the AKK to investigate the case.
