The epidemiological situation appears stable, given the identification of new cases, their active investigation and the number of patients being treated at the hospital.
Over the past 24 hours, 186 citizens have been tested as suspects affected by Covid19 and 15 cases have been confirmed positive.
The geographical distribution of cases is as follows: 13 cases in Durres, 1 in Tirana and 1 in Shkodra, contacts of previous positive cases. There are 16 citizens.
The situation at the infective hospital has been presented steadily for days with 15 laid patients, and only 3 of them are in intensive therapy.
So far they have confirmed positive with COVID-19 across 964 citizens. Of them, about 79% are healed.
In our country currently there are 175 active people with COVID19, mainly in Tirana, Durres Kruje, Shkodra.
By the beginning of the epidemic, over 13. thousand molecular and serological tests were conducted. So far there are over a thousand serial tests on health staff, with a general positive about 8%.
