Volkswagen reopened the world's largest car plant in Wolfsburg in Germany on Monday after Coronobritus forced it to close for the longest period in its 82-year history.
The world's largest producer has made 100 changes in its factory operation, while the firm tries to reopen business without endangering the health of hundreds of thousands of workers, CNN writes, broadcasts news.net.
Her experience underlines the frightening task ahead for producers as they resume work in a world still being attracted by the pandemic.
“We have never developed, produced and sold vehicles under such conditions before”, said Bernd Osterloh, the highest working representative in Volkswagen (VLKAF).
The factory was closed on March 19th as the new coronary spread across Europe, causing car producers to ban production across the continent after the borders were closed and national isolations established.
