Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has commemorated Albanian Exodus Day and wrote that Serbian criminals are continuing to be free and treated as heroes in Serbia.
Thaci has said international justice is continuing to be silent by Amnisting Serbian criminals.
Also, Thaci has mentioned Albanian hospitality in the region today, which he said Kosovo will be grateful every time.
This is Thaci's writing on his official Facebook profile:
Over one million Albanians, 21 years ago, were forcibly expelled from Kosovo. Serbia's state cruelly committed over 400 massacres in Kosovo. Over 13 thousand civilians were killed, of whom about 1300 were children, as well as over 20 thousand Albanian women were raped.
Today when we mark the Day of Albanian Exodus, we remember with deep grief all victims of war in Kosovo. Serbian criminals, the disaster, continue to be free and treated as heroes in Serbia. But international justice is continuing to silence these criminals!
On Albanian Exodus Day, as we recall our bitter past, we also remember Albanian hospitality throughout the region, Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro, for which we will be eternally grateful. Thank you for opening our hearts and doors to your homes in the most difficult days for our people.
