Kosovo football clubs have found the way to misuse funds that the Kosovo Football Federation, by selfish means, has shared for them and football players.
Periscope has learned that Superleague clubs, First League and Second League are involved in the scandal.
A few hours ago, the Association for Protection of Football Rights reacted with a communiqué reporting for mismanagement of football funds from clubs until it was told that they were arbitraryly left out of lists of football players for taking money.
Other employees, who are clearly not entitled to be part of this NFF programme for financial assistance, have been introduced into the lists.
Periscop has contacted the Society in question and has realized that, so far, three Superleague clubs, two of the First League and one of the Second League are involved, but it is said the Second League has not yet been distributed throughout the means, so it is possible to increase the number.

“There are some complaints that have come towards the Society, I believe there will be more coming in,” said the Society's board chairman.
There are “players who are left off the profit list and there are those who have been asked to return the money. ”
Asked by Redaksia that under which complaints clubs have asked footballers to return the money, the same one said:
There are various reasons, but one of them is that the club has decided to give them 50% of the salary.
“Sheml: If we talk about Superleague, and a young footballer has a 400-dollar salary, he's only gonna get $200, and the NFF has divided them from 350.
“Klub has asked you to return 150, which is totally unacceptable because help was not supposed to be touched by clubs. There are other cases...”
Financial means have been sent to football players through their personal accounts in order to avoid such problems, but it seems that it has still been impossible to avoid misuse. /Periscope. com/
