Telekom board gives clarification to police presence, say they were not there for their collection

The Kosovo Board of Acting Directors of Telecom have clarified that Kosovo police have not been there for them.

We have immediately requested clarification from the ministry of the line and have been informed that police forces have been for the Kosovo Post, unfortunately it has been misunderstood from public opinion, in view that Kosovo Telecom rents the Kosovo Post space. Once again, we want to state that police forces have had no connection with today's board meeting or any activity within Kosovo Telecom”, it was said in the statement.

Today there has been uncertainty about police forces, which have largely been present about the central Kosovo Post object.

This facility is in use for most of us, Kosovo Telecom.

Kosovo Telecom's Interim Board of Directors is true as much as there is after planning a regular meeting for today, the same has been cancelled for reasons like the following:

1. At first we had technical problems that prevented us from starting a video conference meeting (for members who have restrictions on movement due to COVID-19)
2. Trying to fix these technical problems, we've been informed of police forces outside the facility and at that moment without hesitation we've decided to cancel the emergency board meeting of directors.

We immediately requested clarification from the ministry of the line and have been informed that police forces have been for the Kosovo Post, unfortunately it has been misunderstood from public opinion, in view that Kosovo Telecom is renting Kosovo Post space.

Once again, we want to assume that police forces have had nothing to do with today's board meeting or any activity within Kosovo Telecom.

The Acting Board of Directors provides the opinion and every employee that their work will continue.
