SLEASE: Pristina is massively running through ATMs for fear of isolation tomorrow (VIDEO)

Many Kosovo citizens have rushed into the capital, but also to other cities in the country for fear they will not be able to afford access at the time appointed by the Kosovo government. Today is the only day in which circulation will be permitted [...]
Today is the only day in which free circulation of citizens, even for their needs, will be permitted until 5:00. On tomorrow, any service they have to receive, whether from ATMs, banks, marketes, drugs, should be performed for a very short period of time.
And this has led to today an influx of people before ATMs, who seem to want to take their money into the cash so that they can then buy the necessities for survival.
Periscop's team on Agim Ramadani Street has counted large crowds of people at the TEB bank, the Reiffeisen and the BPB bank.
The Kosovo government starting tomorrow will allow citizens to circulate for their needs over a period of just one and a half hours, while residents of remote areas are not known how to deal with goods for this period of time.
The government's decision has been called anti-unconstitutional by Mr. Enver Hasani. It will be worth 4 May. /Periscope
