With Serbia's decision, Kosovo's two municipalities -- northern Mitrovica and Zvecan -- have been quarantined, as well as about 200 citizens in 5 municipalities in the country have been forced to isolate themselves on orders from Belgrade. This decision was made during yesterday, with the charter issued order for northern Mitrovica and Zvecan to enter quarantine and isolate 210 citizens from several Kosovo municipalities.
The signal paper has secured the lists of the Ent for Public Health of Serbia and the Leposaviqi Police Station, which contain the names of people who have been ordered to veto.
These documents refer to the state of Kosovo as the “Kosovo of Metohija”.
On these lists are the names of 210 citizens from the Northern Mitrovica municipality, Zvecan, Leopsaviqi, Gracanica and Partesh, who will have to implement that decision. The paper has attempted to contact police in the north over the decision that northern Mitrovica and Zvecan are placed in quarantine, but the same have not been accessible. Twelve cases of Coronavirus have been reported in Kosovo's four northern municipalities so far, and a victim has been scored. All samples of people considered potentially infected are sent to the Institute for Virusology, vaccine and serum “Torlak“in Belgrade to Kosovo in Kosovo. Meanwhile, several days ago, the Crisis Staff in northern Mitrovica has declared that all Coronavirus affected will be sent for further treatment at the Nis Hospital in Serbia.
