In addition, former Real Batia players Antonio Amaya and Xavi Torres have also been sentenced to a year after the bars.
The sentences involved fixing two matches during the 2013/14 season after Ossauna tried to influence the struggle for survival in LaLiga Santander.
The two matches in question were Real Batis' game with Real Valladilide in the 37th week and Ossauna's game with Batis in 38th week of La Liga Santander.
The sentence states that the directors of Ossauna Miguel Archanco, Juan Antonio Pascual and Jesus Peralta, with the support of Viscay, agreed to an agreement with Batis that they win their game against Valladolid and then let Osssuna defeat him on the last day.
The sentence mentions a meeting at the Melia Hotel with the Betis Amaya and Torres players, offering them 650,000 euros to make sure both results have taken place.
This split into two parts: they would receive 400,000 euros to defeat Waldad and 250,000 euros for losses to Ossuna.
Players allegedly met Vicay and Peralta in a car park later to get the money.
Both results went as Ossauna had hoped, but they had again fallen from the league in the last week after the other results had gone against them.
