On March 13 they marked the first cases infected with Coronavrius as well as the first victim.
While a permanent increase of the infected and victims was marked in April, it sparked panic among Kosovo citizens.
From the National Institute of Public Health, there has been a constant call for citizens not to go out for walks, but only in case of need and to keep two meters apart.
Despite successive calls, citizens continued to frequent Germia, Prevala, Rugova's Grizze, thus gathering many people allowing the deadly virus to spread.
While in Kosovo the number of infected has gone to 362, microbiologist Lul Raka says the advice given by infected people and IKSHP would have to listen over time.
The Raca for Periscop said the only measure citizens have to implement is to stay at home.
I have to stay home. We've been talking for a month, so now they're talking numbers and they're scared of numbers. They didn't hear us. The only preventative measure is to stay home, nothing else. Raca said.
We remember that last month, President Hashim Thaci, due to the pandemic, had sought to declare a state of emergency but not supported by the Kurti Government./Periscopi/Zana Rugova/
