Earlier they tried to usurp the president's powers. Now they're also trying to usurp the powers of the House. The main political institution in the Republic of Kosovo is the Parliament, not the Government. The latter had also tried to usurp the powers of the extraordinary situation. The government had refused to have the president prosecuted and the Parliament declared him, while illegally all extra-state measures were installed, violating the Constitution.
The government can't impose the dissolution on the Parliament. Neither can the president do this without consuming all constitutional procedures, including consultation and compliance with parliamentary parties.
Thus, Albin Kurti can continue to behave as much as he wants to be the hardened villain or to play political table tennis, trying to get over the Constitution to usurp power, but our constitutional order does not allow it!
