British engine legend Sir Stirling Moss died Sunday at the age of 90 after a long illness.
He is widely known as one of the best pilots of all time in Forum 1, though he has never won a title.
Moss left public life in January 2018 because of continuing health problems. He spent 134 days in the hospital after suffering from breast infection while on vacation in Singapore in December 2016.
Moss has won 16 of the 55 contests in Forum 1 in which he has competed from 1951 to 1961. He became the first Briton to win a contest in Britain in 1955.
He four times emerged under the champion in the season in Form 1. He's been known as a perfect racer on a motorcycle. He participated in different racing series. He was forced to retire from the highest - ranking engines in 1962 when after a Goodwood accident, he remained in a coma for a month and was partially paralyzed for six months.
However, he continued to compete in historic cars and legendary competitions until the age of 81.
Saturday's NHL hockey player Colby Cave lost his life. Edmund Oilers' player died four days after a brain surgery. He was 25 years old.
