Through a post in his Facebook account, Kastrat has said caution should continue the same by staying at home because this disease is unknown and can affect anyone.
“12 health workers from the QKMF to Kamenica, as well as 22 residents of the village of Topanica who were tested, thankfully resulted negative to the SARS-CoV-2”, Kastrati wrote.
In contrast, the National Institute of Public Health after midnight has confirmed three new cases of coronarys, causing the number of cases nationwide to reach 135. Since February 8th, IKSHPH's laboratory has tested a thousand and 743 suspected samples of COVID-19.
Through a report on the official site, the Institute has announced that 138 samples taken from hospitalised cases in Infective and tracking field contact, three of which have resulted positive.
The cases are cases of contact and the infected are from North Mitrovica.
“Today at 04.04.2020 (01:30 after midnight), at the Moldovan microbiology laboratory in IKSHPK with RT- PCR (test 2) has tested 138 samples taken from hospitalised cases at the Infectious Clinic and from tracking field contact. Of the samples received for testing the SARS-CoV-2 virus, three (3) of them have resulted in positive”, the report said.
The IKSHPH has announced that hours are constantly being contacted and monitored by all contact cases, as well as contact contacts being forced to self-insult and seek medical assistance if they have symptoms.
“So far contacted and 2,772 contact cases” is under surveillance, the Institute reports.
Meanwhile, Health Ministry spokesman Faik Hoti has provided details regarding the age of the infected. According to him, two of the hospitalized patients date under six years of age.
Through a post in his Facebook account, Hoti has suggested that the age group of people who have had more needs for hospital treatment is over 70.
There are equal numbers of age patients from 30-39 to 60-69. In clinics so far, no patients with Covid from the 10--19-year-old group” have been hospitalised, Hoti wrote.
He has indicated that from March 13th through April 3rd, only one patient affected by Covis-19 has died at the clinic, the same one having other accompanying diseases.
Coronavirus, which causes COVID-19 disease, has first appeared in Kosovo on 13 March. Because of the choreography, authorities in Kosovo have declared a state of emergency for public health.
