LDK chairman Isa Mustafa has said his party will not enter any process of forming government that would be unconstitutional. He has said that Kurti Government fell by 2/3 of the Parliament, by such votes, as Mr. Mustafa says, can also change the Constitution.
“Taking into account the no-confidence motion has voted 82 Parliament deputies meaning it is the 3nd majority, which also has the right to change the constitution. We are interested in the new Government, with all the constitutional procedures and procedures that the Constitutional Court's act has to stand before. This government would be tasked with full capacity to engage in possession in the war against the body that is expanding in our country as in other countries. Face the economy because we're going to face a very strong situation just as it's being warned that other countries will face. We also need to prepare for dialogue with Serbia, have a majority to support the Kosovo Assembly deputies. I believe the president will follow all procedures that the Constitution has before us, we as the LDK will in no case enter any unconstitutional process”, Mustafa said after meeting with the president. /PERISCOP/
