Through a communiqué to the media, the Court has announced that it has taken office and indictees R.A. has assigned the length of detention for a (1) month.
“The court has found that the detention measure has been determined since circumstances exist that indicate the danger of having the R.A. on freedom can affect the witness, but even in the injured who has not yet been heard because of his serious health condition, the Court estimates that in the concrete case there is a risk of repeating the criminal act, since in the case of the subject there is evidence that this is the second time the defendant R.A. has exercised to damage L. B”, said in communique.
