Kosovo's president had sent four previous letters to Kurt to seek the name, all during the month of April, but had received no answers.
According to Mr. Arber Zaimi, this does not mean that Vetevendosje has refused or hesitated over such a thing as the president interpreted in the last letter sent to the prime minister in office, Periscope is forward.
