The only Anthony Quinn opposed Hoti as a candidate for prime minister, reports InFokus newspaper.
All LDK leadership were for, except Lutfi Haziri and Vjosa Osamni, who were not present at this meeting.
Although, Anton Quinn has not provided any clarification as to why he is voting against it.
