Kurti government holds the next meeting, tells of the downloads it has performed today

The government through this communique has shown, as has the Kosovo Index Online reported all day, that it has downloaded the board of directors at the Central Public Company “Kosovo Energy Corporation” St. A, at Central Public Company “Ib Lepenc” St. A. and in the Central Public Company Regional Water Company “Southern Health”. A. Prizren.
Mismanagement and offenses recorded with reports of auditing are highlighted in the reasoning of the decision. With those same decisions, the Government has named the provisional boards of directors:
At the central public company “Kosovo Energy Corps” A.:
1. The Plana dice, leading and director;
2. Merita Casapolis, director;
3. Arbnor Pula, director; and
4. Bezad Halilaj, director.
At the central public company Hydroeconomic Company “Iber Lepenc” A.:
1. Ayse Zeneli-Bytyqi, leader and director;
2. Alban Fetah, director;
3. Bekim Selimi, director; and
4. Nami Plana, director.
At the central public company Regional Water Company “South Health” A. Prizren:
1. Ylber Elshani, leader and director;
2. Arieta Voula-Pozheg, director;
3. Eric Sahiti, director; and
4. Edmond Halimi, director.
While another decision approved by the Government at today's Kosovo Government Meeting has been dismissed by two members of the International Board of Central Public Company Directors at “Kosovo Telekom”, Luljet Elezaj and Teki Shala, who have been replaced by Ahmed and Hekuran Nikci.
Two bills for ratification of loan deals have been adopted at today's meeting: The Law on Ratification of the Hua Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the Zeza Water Development Project in Gjilan. Agreement provides 10m euros worth of loan for implementation of this project, and return deadline is September 30th of the year 2033 and the Bureau for Ratification of the Agreement on Financing the Canada Property and Geospace Infrastructure Project between the Republic of Kosovo and the International Development Association. The agreement provides the 14.6m-euro loan.
The government cabinet has also adopted two draft laws to ratify two international agreements: The Bill on Ratification of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Kosovo on Kosovo's participation in Union Programme “Dogan 2020” and the Bill on Ratification of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Kosovo on Kosovo's participation in the Union's “Fiscalis Programme 2020”.
The Kosovo government has approved the decision on financial support for the Presevo municipality, the Bujanovac municipality and the Medvedja municipality in value of 500,10,000.00 $.5 hundred thousand euros) will be used to cope with the state created by pandemic.
Even the decision to approve changes for sound records harmonised according to Article 18 of Law No. 07/L-001 for Business Divisions for the Year 2020 has received the approval of the government cabinet at today's meeting. The decision imposes on the Ministry of Finance and Transferences to ensure that budget executions for ministries influenced by restructuring are transferred to the new ministry for all categories and registered according to budgetary divisions for the year 2020 and in line with the Law on Management Public Finance and Responsibilities.
The request of the Health Ministry for vehicle transfer has been approved at the meetings in many of the 880,000 euros from the category of subsidies to the professional and EVM training programme in the Pharmaceutic Reservation Services programme and will be used to fight the period of David 19.
The government has also approved the decision to appoint members of the Commission to compensate crime victims in this composition:
1. Ariana Shaikovci, state prosecutor, member;
2. Donika Kaday-Bujupi, deputy of the Republic of Kosovo member Assembly;
3. Xhavit Gashi, medical expert from Oda of Kosovo Doctors, member;
4. Shukrije Statovci, medical expert from Oda of Kosovo Doctors, member;
5. Valbona Citaku, representatives of civil, member society.
