What we heard and saw is beyond imagination, is a scandalous decision which is on the very day that the Constitutional Court act has entered into force, an integral unit of government represents even stricter measures”.
What happened today is a violation of the Kosovo Constitution. To make this work even more absurd, the Ministry of Health has made this decision today. When decisions are made by the Government that belong only to the Parliament; then this is usurpation”, Krasniqi said in Klan Kosova.
“The recommendations of health professionals should be respected, but the measures taken should be in accordance with the Kosovo Constitution”.
