Four boxers, two trainers and Kosovo team spokesman have entered quarantine after returning from the Olympic qualifying tournament in London.
Kosovo Box Federation spokesman (FBOXK), Latif Demolli, has said they have had to be tested Tuesday and released today, as today is the 15th day in quarantine.
April 1st is the 15th day of the quarantine boxing national and no one has yet contacted us. We've asked since the entrance to quarantine that before we get a test, so that we can be sure when we get back to our families”, Demoli wrote on Facebook, stressing that six participants in London's qualifying tournament from other countries had come up positive with coronarys.

In contact with the Kosovo Olympic Committee and the MKRS, we are promised by the Ministry of Health that we will be tested team on the 14th and last day and that on the 15th day of quarantine we will leave. But that didn't happen. We contacted the KOK and MKRS yesterday to contact the Ministry of Health.
We've been warned that the national team will be tested on April 2nd and then released home if the tests are negative. But as the head of the national team, I request and beg competent institutions so that today, on the 15th day of quarantine, they will test the athletes and release them to go near their families.
Some of them have been absent for months. Maybe there's a shortage of tests and these tests have their cost. I won't personally ask to give me the test, because I feel very good, but I ask that my team be tested to be safe. After this pandemic, boxers will continue in qualifying competitions and wish they were safe with their health. Karantina by rules around the world is 14 days, not 16 days”.
The qualifying tour of London was suspended after three days of competitions because of the Coronobrus. At home, boxers from Turkey and Croatia have resulted in positive results.
