Based on this decision by the Ministry of Health, Damati writes further, from April 15th (day of entry into force of the UN decision), no Kosovo citizen can be arrested because of not respecting the movement schedule.
According to him, any eventual arrest of citizens on the grounds of not respecting movement schedules is illegal, and for the most part, it is contrary to international standards set by the European Court of Human Rights.
