Italy's prime minister, Giovanni Cote, has confirmed the measures at the press conference and has added a new point.
There will be no exercise in sports infrastructure, even for professionals, until at least April 13th.
This ends discussions between clubs, Lega Serie A and the Association of Professional Footballers in Italy about when training should start.
Some clubs, among them Lazio and Naples, are pushing players back to training in small groups or even to travel to the club headquarters for testing.
The only innovation is about training sessions for athletes. We've stopped them to make sure clubs don't look for sports performances, even if it's just about training session”, Ctete said.
