Former Deputy Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has said Kosovo needs a Government with full constitutional competencies, not a confrontational government.
Through a Facebook post, he has said that the disunitation of democracy, through the assessment of basic human freedoms from the banned government, by violating the Constitution, by banking the economy without any consideration, definanceing the Parliament, cannot be covered by the legal initiative parcial.

In any situation, these legal initiatives will fail to enter into force in time to be in service to manage the pandemic.
Kosovo needs a whole constitutional government, a legitimate government that takes over the necessary social consensus to mobilise all possibilities, both within and outside Kosovo, to cope with the economic and social consequences of the pandemic.
Only one prime minister of a normal government, not confrontational, democratic mentality and respect of law and constitution.
