Government holds next meeting with correspondence, form disciplinary commission for MIE secretary

At the request of incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti of the Republic of Kosovo, in accordance with the Government's Labour Order, the incumbent Government of the Republic of Kosovo has held corresponding meetings, (the electronic collection) 25 in a row. The incumbent government at the meeting has examined and adopted documents, decisions and policies from the areas of constitutional and legal responsibilities.

The first decision approved by the Government at this meeting has been to continue Mrs. Edi Gusia, in the position of chief executive of the Agency for Gender Equality under the Office of the Prime Minister, for a three-year term.

The following has also received approval of the decision to establish the Disciplinary Commission on the case of the Agency's Executive Chief of Management for Secuested or Confiscated Property. The decision has been adopted on the basis of the Justice Ministry's request with the argument that facts have been found about mismanagement, professional inability and flagrant violations of legal criteria or failure to meet legal criteria during Rama's selection of beatings in this position.

The government has approved Administrative Guide for Change and completion of the Administrative Guide for Special Measures for Registering Common Palmy Property on behalf of two husbands. With the changes and complements offered in this Administrative Guides adjust the way and offer stimulating access to property even in the name of women as co-owners and ensure equal participation of women in property rights as the fundamental right guaranteed even with the Kosovo Constitution.

At today's meeting, the decision to abolish the Foreign Language Administrative Guide in the Second and Third Cycles Study Programme was also adopted. The recommendation for abolishing the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation is said to have no basis for the Law on Higher Education of the Republic of Kosovo, and that the same has not been drafted in accordance with the procedural stages of drafting according to the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's work.

On the other hand, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has approved the initiative for negotiating the Agreement in the middle of the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance and Transitions and the European Commission for “Joint Procurement Agreement for Procurement of Medical Countermation”.

The government cabinet at today's meeting has approved the decision to change and fulfill Government's No decision. 0119 by 30.03.2020 for the Fiscal Emergency Pack that accurately determines the benefits and beneficiaries from this package. The amendments and the approved completions of this decision determine that 30 euros are all the beneficiaries of social and pension schemes that receive monthly payments worth up to a hundred (100) euros; the next difference stipulates that the beneficiary of financial support will be business societies and other employers. In the end, changes in the decision determine that beneficial financial support are medical and supportive staff (the doctors, nurses and other personnel exposed to danger).

This meeting was also reviewed and adopted by the Commission's Accounting System of Accounting Rating. The decision also tasks the Ministry of Finance and Transfers to address and oversee the recommendations of this report.

With the decision adopted by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, the Disciplinary Commission has been established for reviewing the general secretary's case at the European Integration Ministry in this composition:

1. Hakki Abazi, Deputy Prime Minister, presiding;
2. Jelal Svechla, U.d. Minister of MPBAP, member;
3. Emily Redzepi, MAPL Minister, member;
4. Naim Bardiqi, Secretary General of the O.N., member;
5. Eddie Gusia, Chief Executive Chief in ABR, member.

It has received the Government's approval as well as the Initiative for connecting the “Agreement on mutual visa removal for holders of diplomatic and official passports” between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the government of Saint Lucia. The agreement will facilitate travel between the two states for holders of diplomatic and official passports of the two countries.

The government of the Republic of Kosovo, after the review, has approved the Initiative for Negotiation of the Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance and Transfers, and the World Bank “for the Promotion and Planning of Water Sector Options”.
