The dismissed chief of Trepca: Political decisions Albin Kurti is making through Rosette Hajdari

The Acting Board of Directors' Supervisor at “Three” has fired the head of this company, Basri Ibrahimi today.

He says he was dismissed without any warning, and the decision calls him political by the Kurti Government.

In a telephone response to Kosova priss, Ibrahim says he will follow the legal ways, which he says he is convinced will win.

Abraham says that he knew it this day at noon when he was fired. But his decision was made by him, and he was not informed or consulted.

He says the decision is arbitrary and has no legal support.

Ibrahim says this shows that the decisions government makes to Kurti do not accept complaint.

Without any warning, without a conversation, he was just handed over to the sports store somewhere until he brought me an official, I was in my office, he brought me a decision to fire, a decision without a legal form because there is no reasoning or legal advice. According to this, the decisions making the boards, the Kurti government, are absolute and has no right either to a complaint”, Ibrahim said.

Former head of the company “Trepca” after the dismissal decision, says he will follow legal ways, on what he is convinced he will win.

“I'm going to follow legal ways and I'm absolutely convinced that I'm going to be the winner out of this, because it's the public decision orchestrated by Mrs. Hajdari as it did with other boards, as well as with the Trepca board when it was downloaded without any legal basis, without any measurement of performance, but of course it's political decision under the pressure of Mrs. Hajdari, but of course there's no quorum of any decision, as much as for the dismissal of a chief-in-chief<1>, he said.

According to him, the board of supervisory did the dismissals on the basis of measuring the performance, but that it hasn't been done to him, since, as he says, his performance is positive.

Otherwise, about 300 workers from the Trepca Mine in Stantrg have quit their jobs on Friday in search of salaries.

They have also requested the dismissal of the general manager, making up their two main demands, which have pushed them on strike.
