AAK MP Donika Kadaj-Bujupi has criticised the Government of Kosovo, who has not paid salaries to workers of the Trepca company during the pandemic period.
She has said this is unprecedented, especially when it is known that in power there is a party that has been declared left, alluding to Vetevendosje.
Kaday-Bujupi has said that a lot has been discussed for Trepca, but the only concrete action was taken by the Haradinaj government when the Law for Trepca had become reality.
“No paying salaries to Trepca workers, and especially when in power it is a decretically left party, it is unprecedented. Trepca has been talked about and discussed in all election campaigns, but nothing or very little is going on. The only concrete action was the issue of the Law by Haradinaj government. Today, the government on duty in time has not yet carried out the subvention under the obligation of even ending in March. And on the other hand, as a result of the Trepca pandemic, there has been no sale this time period, plus that has dropped the price of concentration on the stock market. All of these together were unable to create salaries for”
It has called for reflection by the Government and not to endanger the 300 families of Trepca workers.
The “calls on responsible ones to act and not risk the well-being of these 300 families in this crisis time. Politics has no place in pandemic time. Act on duty to protect every citizen of Kosovo!”, it wrote at the end.
