The Board of Directors of the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK) has been concerned about reporting from the Kosovo Government for dismissal.

This decision presents violent and illegal interventions in the corporation, and as such we will not accept it or silence it.

We will follow all legal ways and will not ignore such political decisions entirely, with anger and prejudice and at the mark of KEK and the state of Kosovo.

For more than that, it is also shameful to act in this way, despite the fact that the minister of the relevant register, Roseta Hajdari, and the entire government from Kurti since they came to power, have been informed of the results and achieved Corporation in the last three years.

These are unconventional and testimony to all relevant reports that measure and value the performance of public enterprises.

The prime minister on duty and the minister on duty, from day one, they have had reports of the Foreign Auditor, Internal Auditor and the Public Enterprise Monitoring Unit that is competent and obliged by law to monitor and assess the work of NP Borders. It has been reported that based on these reports, KEK is the most successful public venture in Kosovo, with about 20m euros in annual profits, with the best performance and overcoming all limits and projections. So once again we announce public opinion and all state institutions and mechanisms that the decision to sack the KEK Board, with these results and this performance, except that it is illegal, political and without any legal basis, is also shameful and with low intentions to deny success and with a tendency to destabilise and destroy a public enterprise that has successfully increased in Kosovo's republic.
